COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metso Automation D201138L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microelettrica-Scientifica product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A1SX40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DT110TS1MC3 manufactured by Micro-epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LTCH10001A02 by Manufacturer Microelettrica-Scientifica as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mge-Ups-Systems Brand 6217100800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromatic such as 421505 equipment made by Micromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7ML1711BA10 made by Milltronics as well as the popular 174226 original spares produced by Micro-Industries Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WP6211 by Minarik and 421505 spares by Micromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 038158102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
