COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metso 3000A-3/4-80-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Miki-Pulley-Co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microtrak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Miki-Pulley-Co such as the BEH20NA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D201138L manufactured by Metso-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MicroTrak9500 by Manufacturer Microtrak as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micos Brand Es100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as 3BK23065 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMC93CM224 made by Micromatic-Textron as well as the popular MMC9314M224 original spares produced by Micromatic-Textron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A41370 by Metso and 3BK23065 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1AA74025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
