COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metrix 10038-00-30-10-02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Namco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the TTSRCU00E0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UZL111 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE21030840 by Manufacturer Namco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Monitek Brand CSG1290000A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as 340G2AH22B5NN13 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 550033 made by Mts as well as the popular 9800015202 original spares produced by Microscan Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTSRBU0160AS4R by Mts and 340G2AH22B5NN13 spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EE53073402 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco. |
