COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mersen A70P2700-226 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pharmacia-Biotech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the C40HC1DTDV1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASP manufactured by Pharmacia-Biotech and we are pleased to be able to service most Pharmacia-Biotech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C200HTC001 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand BTC062AFEN3FW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as AS584A038 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AI6B2200043003A made by Fanuc as well as the popular BNWAS original spares produced by Japan-Radio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS4863025 by Modicon and AS584A038 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV58HD12N4Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
