COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mercoid PBLT2-5-40-PU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Miki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsibushi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motions product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Miki such as the ANG04GDBV40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BN624A132B manufactured by Mitsibushi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsibushi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE01 by Manufacturer Micro-Motions as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Motion Brand DS025S113SC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Met-fab such as LHC01 equipment made by Met-fab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Met-fab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Met-fab" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SID made by Microswitch as well as the popular N2339OXB original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1145406 by Microscan and LHC01 spares by Met-fab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 143545 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
