COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mercoid PBLT2-10-40 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micromotion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the 7768683 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H4A1812 manufactured by Metrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Metrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS025S113SU by Manufacturer Micromotion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metrotek Brand MG701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mikron such as LCD10077 equipment made by Mikron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mikron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mikron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M150A made by Micro-Slide as well as the popular 23451901 original spares produced by Micromatic-Textron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 740000380 by Mgi-Technologies and LCD10077 spares by Mikron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 141PC15G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Switch. |
