COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mercoid 40-103-R6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Migatron-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moore product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Migatron-Corp such as the 100TR14W0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMF010M321NRAZEZZZ manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50DP3411EBBXB by Manufacturer Moore as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mks Brand 852B12PCA2GC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as SIYPRG420MA1042DCVTDDIN equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RFT9739 made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 1000500100502 original spares produced by Metrix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GHS0360URB12V1 by Mts and SIYPRG420MA1042DCVTDDIN spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RFT9739D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
