COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Men Mikro Elektronik 180032-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Misumi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Middleby product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation-Ogura-Clutch such as the 532093798 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFJ30 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M6811 by Manufacturer Middleby as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microtrac Brand 11000550 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromaster such as 6SE64202AD240BA1 equipment made by Micromaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromaster" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R100S130NCAASZZZZ made by Micromotion as well as the popular URM100CC original spares produced by Micro-Controle Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10441 by Misco and 6SE64202AD240BA1 spares by Micromaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LHBBLN25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Misumi. |
