COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mei Motion Engineering T008 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microscan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mge-Ups-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microscan such as the FIS12800020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 421505 manufactured by Micromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6217100800 by Manufacturer Mge-Ups-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand 2700R11EBUEZAZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mgm such as CFP71B2 equipment made by Mgm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mgm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mgm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RG300UA071 made by Minarik as well as the popular ILD140110 original spares produced by Micro-epsilon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7217251600R by Mge and CFP71B2 spares by Mgm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7316598 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting. |
