COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micromatik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motion-Flow-Tube product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso such as the B1CU9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 350M0082 manufactured by Micromatik and we are pleased to be able to service most Micromatik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DL20082253U by Manufacturer Micro-Motion-Flow-Tube as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Midwest Brand HB110226G320 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Melles-Griot such as 11NCM005 equipment made by Melles-Griot have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N9169 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular OID203 original spares produced by Metron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL6A500M0610PFS115 by Micropulse and 11NCM005 spares by Melles-Griot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6075A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mikul.
