COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Measurex 5289400 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nhp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microelettrica-Scientifica product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nhp such as the RD3AF12N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNOZS548240VACDC0300S manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UB0AD by Manufacturer Microelettrica-Scientifica as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand X8P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as BD15AFANE20 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC1663C made by Okuma as well as the popular LTMR27PFM original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES54587LC11 by Siemens and BD15AFANE20 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRT2OD32ML1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
