COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Measurement Technology Ltd MTL 2213 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Coto-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PNOZX10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 291105301 manufactured by Coto-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Coto-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 289024 by Manufacturer Sc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NE1ASCPU01V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motorola such as MC88PL117FN equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IVIKHD24HB643261 made by Pepperl as well as the popular 774606 original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES73411BH020AE0 by Siemens and MC88PL117FN spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6DD16110AF0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
