COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Measurement PT5DC-80-S7-UP-Z10-M6M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Meggitt-Inc-Ledex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micropulse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microswitch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Meggitt-Inc-Ledex such as the 196275001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTL6A500M0350PFS115 manufactured by Micropulse and we are pleased to be able to service most Micropulse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 989011E11 by Manufacturer Microswitch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metrol Brand H4A1840 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Slides such as SK100A equipment made by Micro-Slides have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Slides products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Slides" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 211WT7804C160H2 made by Mercoid as well as the popular 252348 original spares produced by Miller-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 727613 by Metropolitan-Lighting and SK100A spares by Micro-Slides are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N9109 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting. |
