COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Measurement 03350352-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Montalvo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moore product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Montalvo such as the PBT2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 127AAX14127 manufactured by Mks and we are pleased to be able to service most Mks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCA420MASH1117ACAD by Manufacturer Moore as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-hammer Brand 102664 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mercoid such as 102WT7810C60 equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F3SNA0952P25L04TS made by Omron as well as the popular KIS9 original spares produced by Nobel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OPTONCDT1800RS232 by Micro-optronic and 102WT7810C60 spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PL9000P40N00000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powell. |
