COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mead Fluid Dynamics HD1-250X5-FB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metropolitan-Lighting parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrix such as the 5526870 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7255613 manufactured by Metropolitan-Lighting and we are pleased to be able to service most Metropolitan-Lighting systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N6235355 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mercoid Brand PBLT2540PU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micropulse such as BTL6A500M0610PFS115 equipment made by Micropulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micropulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micropulse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7224000R made by Mettler-Toledo as well as the popular N952010 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 59LGC935 by Melles-Griot and BTL6A500M0610PFS115 spares by Micropulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C4D7FK1G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minarik. |
