COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mcs (motion Control Systems) B21-17-18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Menziken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Menziken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mercoid product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Menziken such as the 166372 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VK50 manufactured by Menziken and we are pleased to be able to service most Menziken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PBLT21560 by Manufacturer Mercoid as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand 7711700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromaster such as 6SE64202AD240BA1 equipment made by Micromaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromaster" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N700 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular N6649258B original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL6A500M1220PFS115 by Micropulse and 6SE64202AD240BA1 spares by Micromaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PBLT2540 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mercoid. |
