COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler-Toledo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micromaster product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso such as the 2300SE463315407HVP45316051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 52003546 manufactured by Mettler-Toledo and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler-Toledo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SE64202AD240BA1 by Manufacturer Micromaster as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N6963127B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mercury such as C863 equipment made by Mercury have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercury products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercury" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 828D1040300012000 made by Micristar as well as the popular EA2TXX original spares produced by Michell-Instruments-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BIU8 by Metso-Automation and C863 spares by Mercury are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 350M0082R02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromatik.
