COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mazatrol C1634B826G51 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the DFY112LBHRTHVY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSOG56M manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPS100480DSC by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dolch Brand DV10TVGCRT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vickers such as EHST3FVE40 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EBR3034FB30 made by Appleton as well as the popular D566118 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ED079480T12 by Eemax and EHST3FVE40 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMC2180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Galil-Motion. |
