COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mazak YS-674 69852H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accu-sort products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accu-sort such as the Model70 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9782P01VCE000000 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 117299 by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ametek Brand BLUEOX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baumer such as OHDK14P5101S35A equipment made by Baumer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baumer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baumer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 836C6 made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 3224588SVF original spares produced by Fisher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AV850 by Avtron and OHDK14P5101S35A spares by Baumer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP482RTG10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas. |
