COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mazak MC201B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microscan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Menziken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microscan such as the FIS42000001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPX3C manufactured by Metso-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VK50 by Manufacturer Menziken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mihara Brand 4L002716001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mercury such as C863K035 equipment made by Mercury have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercury products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercury" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GFO10CVD00 made by Micro as well as the popular AWGBL2500DTAPS original spares produced by Milco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H90R4B by Miller and C863K035 spares by Mercury are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK100A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Slides.
