COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mazak 103 MAZATROL LOAD STATION parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ndh-/-Delco products, including obsoleted and phased-out National parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Meltric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ndh-/-Delco such as the R1309TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25825536A167400AAP01894A501P01 manufactured by National and we are pleased to be able to service most National systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 01NAO5308012 by Manufacturer Meltric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Megadyne Brand 1890GLD14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Morse such as 35GGT40L equipment made by Morse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Morse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Morse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 100532 made by Morse as well as the popular 20GCTR56C original spares produced by Morse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK12F56C20 by Nord and 35GGT40L spares by Morse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BNBSS25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Misumi. |
