COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mayr X0014216 1099 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mc-Gill parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 52N280TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 22208C3W33SS manufactured by Mc-Gill and we are pleased to be able to service most Mc-Gill systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E08200 by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has New-Flyer-Parts Brand 138135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mine-x such as B0W5MD1RD721 equipment made by Mine-x have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mine-x products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mine-x" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9901131 made by Mikroma as well as the popular D31880100 original spares produced by Nook Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the xf1145 by Morse and B0W5MD1RD721 spares by Mine-x are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300Q180L60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Morse. |
