COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maxtec R125P01-003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Minarik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-epslon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik such as the PK24305V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DTA25DCA15W manufactured by Micro-epslon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-epslon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPN706364 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mercoid Brand 40103R6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mhc--S such as 175589 equipment made by Mhc--S have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mhc--S products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mhc--S" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FEMLS5EB made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular PS100346042 original spares produced by Montronix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE21038750 by Namco and 175589 spares by Mhc--S are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 13136900B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
