COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Max Motosports 74499105 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Meto-Fer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metaphase-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mercoid product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Meto-Fer such as the ZD20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LL304W24 manufactured by Metaphase-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Metaphase-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 211WT7804C160H2 by Manufacturer Mercoid as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N950094 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metrotek such as MG701 equipment made by Metrotek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metrotek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metrotek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 828D0010290110000 made by Micristar as well as the popular EA2TX80 original spares produced by Michell-Instruments-Inc. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6217101100 by Mge-Ups-Systems and MG701 spares by Metrotek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
