COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Max Machinery 220-620 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Middex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the 7766683 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WKS manufactured by Middex and we are pleased to be able to service most Middex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IFT701R6D3C by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Menziken Brand 16471496 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mdb such as MLSIDLV11 equipment made by Mdb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mdb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mdb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 01P601122230480V made by Mayr as well as the popular 17MAX302 original spares produced by Melles-Griot Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFF0100 by Micro-Switch and MLSIDLV11 spares by Mdb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMF111AV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Switch. |
