COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mavilor MO-1001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the M640A1147 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMD082A030EG0KN manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS09D41SRMBOA14NST5500NROSU by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M7040T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MDD065A equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC071B0FS3C095B1S001 made by Rexroth as well as the popular MCA10I40RS0B0A14NST5S00NR0SU original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD090CN040N2M110GA1 by Indramat and MDD065A spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAD160C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
