COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mavilor BS111A.00.010E.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrologic-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meiden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microswitch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrologic-Instruments such as the MS70C1T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT636 manufactured by Meiden and we are pleased to be able to service most Meiden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FETR1RLT by Manufacturer Microswitch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N686278 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler-Toledo such as InPro3100 equipment made by Mettler-Toledo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler-Toledo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler-Toledo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ET160P37 made by Mge-Ups-Systems as well as the popular 2156A01 original spares produced by Microwave-Data Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MID9270 by Middex and InPro3100 spares by Mettler-Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 233v3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Meech. |
