COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Maurey Instrument RLH-1915 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mcgs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Met-fab parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microcom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcgs such as the TP7062KX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LHC01 manufactured by Met-fab and we are pleased to be able to service most Met-fab systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 540019 by Manufacturer Microcom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metrosonics Brand db3100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metropolitan-Lighting such as N6238355 equipment made by Metropolitan-Lighting have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metropolitan-Lighting products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metropolitan-Lighting" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSD410N made by Micropaq as well as the popular MM8800 original spares produced by Micro-Memory Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UT30 by Max-Air and N6238355 spares by Metropolitan-Lighting are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L15599 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micropump. |
