COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mattec Corporation MIU-TS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metrologic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microsemi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrol such as the H4A1840 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MH130 manufactured by Metrologic and we are pleased to be able to service most Metrologic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LXMG16241261 by Manufacturer Microsemi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Meech Brand 233v3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metal-Defender such as AT310 equipment made by Metal-Defender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metal-Defender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metal-Defender" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 242PC15M made by Micro-Switch as well as the popular N708BP original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N9168 by Metropolitan-Lighting and AT310 spares by Metal-Defender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 176520 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Industries. |
