COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Matsushita USAPEM-01-MA14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Drives such as the TTR29533104A401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USAGED44L22KE manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS56C1M4 by Manufacturer North-American as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand U10P2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Automation-Direct such as SVM220B3384200 equipment made by Automation-Direct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automation-Direct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automation-Direct" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TLA110PBJ32AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular USAFED13CB20E original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ULSI18NQ by Yaskawa and SVM220B3384200 spares by Automation-Direct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPU4F008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Japan-Servo-Co. |
