COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Matsushita 4509N8035E200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Denso product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the 4506N8036E200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 36N168X875H2 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4106221300 by Manufacturer Denso as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bodine Brand 34B3BEBLE4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Superior such as 3180PI equipment made by Superior have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superior products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superior" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 26Q15LR56 made by Baldor as well as the popular 302C737 original spares produced by Graham-Magnapak Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36G185300 by Sihi and 3180PI spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 38592255 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atb-Flender. |
