COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Matrox GT300/M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-epsilon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the GHT0060UD602FE4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9110017 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4307010 by Manufacturer Micro-epsilon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand RAM0300MN011C105221 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as RT3XC11 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1508SSA150 made by Micromotion as well as the popular CMF050M314NU original spares produced by Micromotion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCG500 by Omega and RT3XC11 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZXGTC41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
