COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Matrix 1EB028-08:400211978 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Porter-Peerless/ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wantai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Porter-Peerless/ge such as the 1835401360 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 110BYGH201001 manufactured by Wantai and we are pleased to be able to service most Wantai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 109X3375 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nidec Brand 12717048100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 05E423W05261 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0608701003 made by Bosch as well as the popular 139034A original spares produced by Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11BRCX300J108 by Harowe and 05E423W05261 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1326ABC2E21A7X070 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
