We service and repair Mastertrace MR 100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Mastertrace MR 100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MR 100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MR 100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT631CST152BEV2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NGCUITORD manufactured by Digitrace and we are pleased to be able to service most Digitrace systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QP121100S2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.
