COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Master Level Controls CT1-275-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Namco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the IFT9701R6D3UR025S114NIAUEZZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M77S manufactured by Mikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Mikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE27020420 by Manufacturer Namco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microscan Brand FIS00031003D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nagano-Keiki such as GC30111 equipment made by Nagano-Keiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nagano-Keiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nagano-Keiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 980001520011652226 made by Microscan as well as the popular TS1604N14 original spares produced by Nachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FIS08800002 by Microscan and GC30111 spares by Nagano-Keiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSCAP1HDA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Detectors. |
