COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Master Gear 48WG12A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dorner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitran product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 3GBA102520BSA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32M020ES423EN manufactured by Dorner and we are pleased to be able to service most Dorner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 440kva by Manufacturer Hitran as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 36G813Y502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Georgii-Kobold such as 4251MBH1S34 equipment made by Georgii-Kobold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Georgii-Kobold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Georgii-Kobold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3HAC17484600 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular 316P758 original spares produced by Ao-Smith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 37J637T853G1 by Baldor and 4251MBH1S34 spares by Georgii-Kobold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
