COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marzoli GE-9030 MS332 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Osacom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gl-Beijer-Electronics-Ab product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the GT1585STBA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L3899Y manufactured by Osacom and we are pleased to be able to service most Osacom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC50Ver305type00921B by Manufacturer Gl-Beijer-Electronics-Ab as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Au-Optronics Brand MI50XN07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as GPH70LG1124V equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JZNC0P1572 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular GT1150HSQLBDH1 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMK399318 by Yaskawa and GPH70LG1124V spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LMD63F800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
