COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martin Engineering CD18-3190 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mectron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurement parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Max-Motosports product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mectron such as the RW80 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT9420 manufactured by Measurement and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurement systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 677225 by Manufacturer Max-Motosports as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N95049554B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metropolitan-Lighting such as 713657 equipment made by Metropolitan-Lighting have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metropolitan-Lighting products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metropolitan-Lighting" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VCYR made by Mcgill as well as the popular 250011010 original spares produced by Maxilan-Cx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSR15XW2UU640LY by Mazak and 713657 spares by Metropolitan-Lighting are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Meivac. |
