COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martin D80BTL19H 3020 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mc-Gill parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moline-Bearing-Company product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 18GEDC7556CLR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB22212W33SS manufactured by Mc-Gill and we are pleased to be able to service most Mc-Gill systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 19331307 by Manufacturer Moline-Bearing-Company as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Morse Brand 8M1RO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Martin such as P6014M115F equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 237Q56R25 made by Morse as well as the popular 07916380HN original spares produced by Master-Power Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the cfh138s by Mc-Gill and P6014M115F spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitrpak. |
