COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mayr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motor-Brush-Holder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mayr such as the US116178 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8423031 manufactured by Motor-Brush-Holder and we are pleased to be able to service most Motor-Brush-Holder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7211BMUC3K051108 by Manufacturer Nachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nexen Brand 802912 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nb such as SPA10 equipment made by Nb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 34H made by Military as well as the popular 175Q56L5 original spares produced by Morse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325q180r25 by Morse and SPA10 spares by Nb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WPL115SM2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Neugardt.
