COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martin 18-TEETH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micron such as the 345102022646 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23EP0161631 manufactured by Cmi and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2238EW33C3 by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 26Q20HA56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge such as 26Q15H18 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2315JSC25C made by Falk as well as the popular 323140349494 original spares produced by Micron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 251 by Hub and 26Q15H18 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30AC560LF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electra-gear. |
