COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martens Elektronik EP9648-3-15-0-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Meta-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mayr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Meta-Controls such as the FV1C01000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Tendo manufactured by Mayr and we are pleased to be able to service most Mayr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMF025M314NU by Manufacturer Micro-Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Menziken Brand KHS30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metropolitan-Lighting such as N6885293 equipment made by Metropolitan-Lighting have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metropolitan-Lighting products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metropolitan-Lighting" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASSM3D1001 made by Megpower as well as the popular N9168 original spares produced by Metropolitan-Lighting Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 702834 by Max-Motosports and N6885293 spares by Metropolitan-Lighting are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N950094 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting. |
