COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Martek Unicon-DF-1-02-12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mountz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moore product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mountz such as the 73160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMF025M321 manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSA050PSIGMH124DC by Manufacturer Moore as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Murr Brand 3827244 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mettler such as 11692500A equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1742A1 made by Montronix as well as the popular CMF010M315NQBAEZZZ original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF100M328NC by Micro-Motion and 11692500A spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H050F322NQBAEZZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion. |
