COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marsilli EPS-PTP200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mazak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mersen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mazak such as the 70UB003062 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7004350004L manufactured by Micro-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECFS604RP3 by Manufacturer Mersen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro Brand RFT739R1EUSEZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Megpower such as ASSM3D1001 equipment made by Megpower have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Megpower products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Megpower" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N61720 made by Metropolitan-Lighting as well as the popular P280101 original spares produced by Metramatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 457681 by Max-Motosports and ASSM3D1001 spares by Megpower are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMA90423 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maxitoro. |
