COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marposs J3408020910 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Max-Motosports product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the F025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21146004831 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32722305 by Manufacturer Max-Motosports as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mfc Brand 531X111PSHATG3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mattec such as 3500118F equipment made by Mattec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mattec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mattec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PPCM1 made by Mbb-Gelma as well as the popular MDC330 original spares produced by Maxtek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 597115 by Max-Motosports and 3500118F spares by Mattec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSGC0020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maysteel. |
