COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marposs 34T0438730 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Penny products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micromotion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Penny such as the SLS1900125L6601N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E6FAG5CC manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40SSS by Manufacturer Micromotion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pixelink Brand PLB782F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Milltronics such as 510343X4 equipment made by Milltronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Milltronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Milltronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PX302050GV made by Omega as well as the popular DCXMC300R24 original spares produced by Pmc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 150SSS by Nana and 510343X4 spares by Milltronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S0600X0108Y0147Z0310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perceptron. |
