COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marel 1510 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Perceptron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the DS300S155SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E6FAG5CC manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9173011 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has York Brand 37103687101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Piezotronics such as 112A21 equipment made by Piezotronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Piezotronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Piezotronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VS1054L256 made by Nsd as well as the popular 510343X4 original spares produced by Milltronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS4800MINISAFE by Omron and 112A21 spares by Piezotronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3277287 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion.
