COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marconi PC-28-155MM2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alink-M parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QPH2D100L2P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PUFFIN manufactured by Alink-M and we are pleased to be able to service most Alink-M systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCI18SD by Manufacturer Iei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas-Capco Brand PF3007GHW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as PC612CB1200C968 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SHND69800ANTH made by Siemens as well as the popular SBC8168 original spares produced by Axiomtek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PL1746C04R1 by Electro-Cam and PC612CB1200C968 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RMSRS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso. |
