COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marathon JVL286TSTDR17202BPL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bayside parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sipco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the LHHM1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS90020 manufactured by Bayside and we are pleased to be able to service most Bayside systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MP080S00515CDB8N0S00 by Manufacturer Sipco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand M85014KGA184DM4A171 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kamo such as KAMOSEIKO equipment made by Kamo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kamo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kamo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPP1422R1EKPAN made by Parker as well as the popular PA155711 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K303WG0540MR160050F by Stober and KAMOSEIKO spares by Kamo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NTY11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nakamura. |
