COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Marathon FDM121-4.8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ann-Arbor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ann-Arbor such as the INX7TTC366TFT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KTP1000 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC61A1C8910461 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Exor Brand M10SCE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lust-Electronics such as KP100 equipment made by Lust-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lust-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lust-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3000CS061F made by Miniocs as well as the popular IC752DTX550DP50DP55 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC752WFB259C by Ge and KP100 spares by Lust-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FPM5171GR3AE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech. |
